The scope of POD Admin building for ARAMCO project includes the complete design of architectural, civil Road, civil infra, structural, electrical, Telecom, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, fire protection systems and Certified by Professional Engineer (PE). The POD includes the POD & Gym buildings. The total lot area is 9,500 m2. The Total built up area is 3,275 m2. The construction cost is 5.3 M$ USD.
